Welcome to Custom Fit Personal Training! I'm so glad you found me! My name is Anne Lewis and I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and certified senior fitness specialist. In 2019, after working as an IT professional for many years, I decided to open up my own personal training business. I believe that fitness should be accessible to all people; regardless of size, gender, physical limitations, race, age or socio-economic status.


Your body is different from anyone else's body and your fitness program should reflect these differences. I promise to listen to you and design a program that works for you. As your personal trainer, I want you to get the most out of the time we have together. My home gym contains all the equipment you need to keep your workouts fun and versatile. I also have plenty of equipment that can travel with me, if you'd rather work out in your own space.


I work with individuals, partners and small groups both in person and online. I have a lot of experience working with clients that have physical limitations that may have held them back in the past. I pride myself in finding ways to help these clients stay active in ways that keep them healthy and safe.

online classes

Finding time to fit in workouts ​can be the biggest barrier to ​getting started. That's why I ​offer online group classes. Roll ​out of bed, get dressed ... or wear ​your jammies ... and log on for a ​quick 30-minute workout. I offer ​modifications for all exercises, so ​you can listen to your body and ​do what feels right on any given ​day.


Start off your day with a great ​group of humans. We sweat, we ​laugh, and we have a good time.

Custom Fit Lift

  • Increase muscle strength and ​endurance through resistance ​training.
  • Build bone density using weight-​bearing exercises.
  • Improve flexibility and balance with ​total body dynamic movements.
  • Dumbbells or kettlebells required.


Custom Fit Co​re

  • Improve posture and balance with ​core stabilization exercises.
  • Decrease risk of injury through ​strengthening of the muscles that ​support your core.
  • Focus on abdominals, lower back, ​hips and glutes.
  • No equipment necessary.

Senior fitness

It is never too late to get started on your fitness journey. Regular exercise will help you maintain your independence, improve cognition and provide protection from illness.


As a certified senior fitness specialist, I understand that balance training, functional strength training, and cardiovascular fitness all play critical roles in helping you stay active as you age. I enjoy finding new equipment to keep your workouts exciting.


It's not all hard work, though! We'll take time to stretch, chat and enjoy each other's company, too!

"Do you ever have trouble waking up in the morning? Anne's virtual HIIT classes have been a lifesaver. I roll out of bed at 6:50am, throw on some workout clothes, grab my iPad, and run downstairs to our virtual class. I am usually only half-awake, but Anne gets me up and moving. By 7:30, I am a sweaty, and very energized, mess.


What transpired in that magical half hour? A great workout, every single time. We have done pyramid workouts, traditional tabata workouts, and no workout is the same (and I have been doing this for eight months). I enjoy the variety, and Anne also provides modifications for all the exercises (so that when I work out from inside my upstairs closet, I do not have to worry about jumping and waking everyone up). The camaraderie Anne fosters in class is also amazing.


As a bonus, if you are super good (or super sweaty), Anne will tell you stories about ghosts and ferrets. It really helps make a plank or burpee fly by. In short - I cannot recommend Anne's HIIT classes highly enough. They are fun, they've made me swole (haha), and I look forward to waking up to a good workout."
